"We've been off and on for almost five years," Patridge, 29, told Us last July, "but we've been solid." The brunette gushed to Us at the same event that the Australian BMXer was the love of her life and the two had "talked about" getting married.
Patridge and Bohan even enjoyed a sexy vacation together in May 2014 in Mexico, where the cuddly couple affectionately held each other while frolicking in the ocean.
Patridge entered the film industry with starring positions in the horror film Sorority Row (2009) and Direct-to-DVD film, Into the Blue 2: The Reef (2011).
Consequentially, it became a central focus of the series, and was carried through each subsequent season.
Later that year, Patridge competed on the eleventh season of the American version of Dancing with the Stars, and finished in seventh place.
The following season, Patridge was cast with Epic Records.
Later in the season, Montag ended her friendship with Patridge after suspecting that she was involved with her boyfriend Spencer Pratt, though the women later reconciled.
Their turbulent relationship carried through each subsequent season.
